Introducing our latest innovation in marine connectivity- The Curve

On 18 November 2025, MIMO Connect officially unveiled The Curve at METSTRADE in Amsterdam , a product that marks a new chapter in connectivity hardware for the marine sector. Designed with precision, shaped by customer insight, and built with sustainability in mind, The Curve reflects MIMO’s commitment to purposeful innovation.

Listening first, designing second

The Curve isn’t just a new form factor — it’s the result of months of dialogue with superyacht owners, captains, and marine professionals. By observing how connectivity hardware is used in real-world conditions, MIMO set out to refine the experience, not reinvent it.

“We didn’t set out to reinvent the wheel, we set out to refine it,” said Jason Robertson, Founder of MIMO Connect. “Our customers told us what they needed: a product that is reliable, with a design that reflects the evolving expectations of today’s marine professionals. The Curve is our answer.”

From improved ergonomics to enhanced performance, every detail of The Curve has been shaped by practical feedback and a clear understanding of onboard demands.

Built responsibly, designed locally

In addition to its technical and aesthetic upgrades, The Curve also represents a step forward in sustainable production. The moulded cover is produced locally in the UK using 70% recycled plastic sourced from Ireland and Scotland, and all packaging is biodegradable, aligning with MIMO’s broader environmental goals.

This approach reflects MIMO Connect’s belief that innovation should not come at the expense of responsibility. Every product decision is made with long-term impact in mind.

A milestone for MIMO Connect

The launch of The Curve reinforces MIMO Connect’s position as a company that leads through listening. It’s a tangible example of how customer-led development and thoughtful design can come together to create solutions that are both functional and future-ready.

Visitors to METSTRADE had the opportunity to see The Curve firsthand at stand 8.142, where MIMO Connect hosted live demonstrations and conversations around the future of marine connectivity.
